Most people don't know or appreciate just how difficult it is to be an artist or run a craft based business. Some people still believe these things to be inferior to machine made products and so opt not to buy.  There is however a growing movement away from mass produced plastic towards more sustainable handcrafted products and hopefully this trend will continue. 

Unfortunately, working as a craftsman is extremely difficult and the rewards are few and far between. It is indeed very hard to make a living doing something that you love. 

Patreon is a website that is there to support artists like myself and you can become a patron for as little as €3 per month or more if it interests you. There are currently 3 Tier options available to choose from, each with their own benefits.

What makes my Patreon account different is the content I create for it will be exclusive and not shared on my other social media accounts.  More behind the scenes videos and pictures with advice that I normally only share with my students.
