I have had it in mind to make more simplified Ring Holder designs and this is another that I have come up with. These are made from spindle blank off-cuts which means less waste from my work and a very affordable functional use or gift item for you the customer.  These are ideal for any area of the house where you might take off your rings and keep them visible and safe until you decide to put your rings back on again.
 
This piece is made from Ash from Tralee Co Kerry.  This one has 2 lines cut and burned into the exterior which creates an interesting design feature and I have embellished it with Electric Purple Wax to accentuate the grain.
 
Approximately 54mm x 33mm and 28g in weight. 
 
The cradle is turned on a lathe and is approximately 45mm wide x 17mm deep.
 
This type of Ring Holder is finished with a number of wax coats and buffed to a lovely finish.
