Handcrafted Irish Beech Hanging Ornament – The Artistic Snowman
Bring a touch of handcrafted Irish tradition to your Christmas tree with this beautifully designed hanging ornament, meticulously made from locally sourced Irish Beech wood. This unique piece, inspired by my original "Artistic Snowman" design, is now refined for a more elegant and balanced aesthetic.
 
A Story of Craftsmanship:
Sourced directly from a fallen tree in Beaufort, Co. Kerry, the wood for this ornament was carefully cut, processed, and dried in my workshop in Tralee before being shaped into its final form. The snowman design, complete with a finely detailed top hat and a graceful finial beneath, captures the charm of a classic winter scene.

Because each ornament is individually turned from Irish hardwood, the exact grain pattern and small design details will vary slightly from the photos shown. What you receive will be the same style and quality, just with its own natural character.

● Finish: Sealer coat, Hampshire Sheen Gloss Finishing Wax, buffed with Carnauba Wax for a polished, durable shine
● This type features a new ribbon band on the hat.

Customization:
Ribbon colours are preset for this ornament and cannot be changed. If you’d like a custom version in a specific ribbon colour, feel free to ask — I can usually make one if time allows.
 
Every piece is handcrafted with precision, and while the design follows a similar template, each ornament is freehand crafted and slightly different to ensure every one is unique. The subtle variations in wood grain and hand-applied finishes mean no two ornaments are exactly alike, adding to their one-of-a-kind charm.
