4 pieces, bandsaw cut and cleaned up with a sanding machine.

Normally, pen blanks are around 20mm x 20mm but I have oversized them slightly to allow for the wood being cut individually from real Irish wood.  The cuts may not be perfectly straight and this gives you more room to adjust if necessary.
 
This Yew was a little more difficult to process than some of the other wood types so the finish looks rougher. This won't make a difference as you will be turning this away.
