Bead forming tools were developed for cutting perfect semi circular beads. They will produce multiple beads quickly and accurately.
 
Hamlet tools are made for both the discerning professionals and amateur wood turners. Made in Sheffield from high speed M2 steel they represent good value and will give a long working life.
 
As this is technically a scraping tool, it should be sharpened often.  Allowing the tool to dull will produce poor work and the possibility of a catch is increased.
